Bowflex Bench 5.1 Sale Price & Review Assuming you are reasonably intelligent and patient, this bench is perfect. I took my time when assembling everything and made sure to tighten the bench symmetrically. That being said… I have re-tightened the bench twice in the first year and so far I have ZERO complaints. All it takes is a little bit of upkeep and this is the perfect bench. I weigh around 165 and I used combined weights of up to 350 with no wobbliness or issues at all.
